ColdCraft is a web-based software tool that generates personalized cold outreach emails using AI. Users provide a company URL and prospect details; the tool produces ready-to-send email drafts instantly. ColdCraft is a digital-only service — no physical goods are shipped.
All prices are displayed and charged in US dollars (USD). Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis.
Every new account receives 3 free email generations with no credit card required and no time limit. The free tier is not a trial — it does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. Upgrading to Pro is entirely optional and requires explicit action by the user.
ColdCraft is a digital service delivered entirely online. Access is granted immediately upon account creation. Generated emails are available in your browser instantly. No physical goods are shipped and no delivery timelines apply.
ColdCraft is a digital service — no physical goods are sold or shipped. As such, there are no returns applicable. If you are unsatisfied with the service, you may cancel your subscription at any time (see Cancellation Policy below).
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error or have a billing dispute, please contact us at billy170916@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will review your case and work with you to resolve it within 5 business days.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and other major credit and debit cards.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. ColdCraft does not store your card details.
All connections to ColdCraft are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. ColdCraft never has access to your full card number or payment credentials.
We collect only the information necessary to provide the service: your account email address and usage data. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Your email inputs are used solely to generate your requested output and are not stored beyond the session.
ColdCraft is available to users in the United States and internationally where not prohibited by law. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the service complies with applicable local laws and regulations, including anti-spam legislation (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR). ColdCraft is not available in countries or regions subject to U.S. sanctions.
