ColdCraft is a web-based software tool that generates personalized cold outreach emails using AI. Users provide a company URL and prospect details; the tool produces ready-to-send email drafts instantly.
All prices are in US dollars and billed monthly.
ColdCraft is a digital service delivered entirely online. Access is granted immediately upon account creation. No physical goods are shipped.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you have a billing issue, contact us at support@coldcraft.app and we will resolve it.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major credit cards. ColdCraft does not store your card details.
We collect only the information necessary to provide the service (account email and usage data). We do not sell your data to third parties. Your email inputs are used solely to generate your requested output and are not stored beyond the session.
